Paytm QR
Overview
Paytm QR is the QR payment scheme of Paytm (One97 Communications), India's largest UPI-embedded wallet with 300M+ registered users. It generates QR Code payloads in the URL QR format with Paytm-specific UR payloads. Paytm QR supports merchant payments, P2P transfers, and bill payments across India, and is fully integrated with India's UPI (Unified Payments Interface) and India QR standards.
QR Format
Paytm QR uses QR Code symbology with a proprietary Paytm UR payload (URL-based). The QR payload is scannable by any Paytm app and also interoperates with UPI QR standards (UPI-123NG / India QR).
Status
Active in India.
